The Vscreen level editor for PC can be used to create levels compatible with the Vscreen Engine.

This tool works under Windows (tested under W2000 and XP). It can be used to convert Screen 5 MSX graphics to sprite data.

The Sprite Converter will analyze graphic data and convert them in the most efficient way (that is using the less possible amount of sprites) into MSX2 sprites data.

Load .ge5 (screen 5) files and save them in .sc4 (screen4) format.

SC4 file format is the following:

• 32 Bytes for color palette.
• 2048 bytes for tiles graphic table (256 tiles x 8 bytes).
• 2048 bytes for tiles color table (256 tiles x 8 bytes).
